With over 20 years of experience in marketing, I am a passionate and creative leader who helps businesses and communities grow and thrive. My core competencies include branding, growth marketing, business development, strategic planning, and scale-up support. I believe in supporting businesses as they grow and mentoring founders and students on their learning journey. I founded and manage Mammoth Agency, a full-service marketing agency based in the Yukon that serves local SMEs, NGOs, and government departments across various sectors. At Mammoth I have led and delivered 75+ brand development projects, scaled the team to 7 members, and have provided a much-needed platform for modern Yukon businesses. As validation to our client-first mantra, we received the 'Best New Business' award from our local Chamber of Commerce. I am also a Mentor to Yukon-based Entrepreneur & Bootcamp programming with Yukon University Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Yukonstruct and have recently accepted a Sessional Position with the Yukon University Business & Leadership School. I also provide fractional advisor services for CPG and Tech Start-ups. One to highlight is First Peoples Coffee; a 100% First Nation owned social enterprise that celebrates culture and language by sharing stories over coffee. I helped build the brand and business model, brokered distribution across multiple channels, and currently support the national franchising development. I leverage my skills in marketing communications, new business development, and online marketing to create impactful and engaging campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and drive results.
