About Matt Dragosh

I am currently the Purchasing Manager at JBS-Green Bay. I oversee all procurement aspects including maintaining lean inventory, process improvement, contract negotiations, 5S, team building, and many more tasks. I have been with JBS for almost 15 years and have worked my way up from a packaging forklift driver to my current role. Prior to being selected for my role, I was a Purchasing Supervisor for seven years. There have been many great opportunities given to my by JBS. My path to becoming Purchasing Manager was a long one. JBS has given me good manangement and people skills training. There have been several times I was part of go-live training, major program creating and auditing, and as a help to other plants. The previous Purchasing Manager groomed me for my role as part of her succession plan and I am forever greateful that she chose me as I feel this is a perfect fit for my skills and abilities. I look forward to lifes challenges and hope to make the most out of my career.
