About Matt Dunne

I specialise in delivering skilled electrical and data/fibre installation teams across some of the UK’s most critical infrastructure and construction environments. As Operations Director at DT Source, we act as a trusted labour partner to project managers, principal contractors, and delivery teams — supporting projects across data centres, airports, rail (including London Underground), and large-scale commercial and industrial builds. Our focus is simple: provide reliable, high-quality people who integrate seamlessly into site teams and help projects get delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.We take pride in being more than just a supplier. We are a key part of the supply chain — a dependable partner that clients can rely on when delivery matters most. Our reputation is built on consistency, accountability, and understanding the realities of working on complex, high-pressure projects.Alongside this, I’m the founder of Tech Talent Hub, where I work with organisations in digital, AI, and emerging technology sectors. While my primary focus today is within electrical and infrastructure delivery through DT Source, Tech Talent Hub allows me to stay connected to the evolving technology landscape and support clients where physical infrastructure and digital transformation intersect. If you’re looking for a safe pair of hands to support your project with experienced electrical or data/fibre teams, I’m always open to a conversation.
