I’m a facilities and property management leader with over 15 years of experience turning operational chaos into clarity. Whether it’s managing $13M+ capital improvement plans, leading compliance across dozens of sites, or building systems that work, I bring structure, collaboration, and financial discipline to every property I support. I’m most energized when leading teams through change, improving communication between departments, and leveraging tech to streamline operations. My teams create sustainable solutions that improve the experience for staff, tenants, and guests. I currently lead property operations for Girl Scouts River Valleys. I manage a diverse team and guide multimillion-dollar development, safety, and sustainability decisions. I enjoy working for a mission-focused organization rooted in outdoor education and youth development.(this might not be totally right- but you get the gist.) In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking and camping with my dogs Lucy Gray and Root Beer, tinkering with computer servers and networking equipment, landscape photography and drinking a good cup of coffee while reading a new book.
