Chartered Structural Engineer (CPEng)| High Risk Producer Statement Author | Mass Timber SpecialistI’m a structural engineer with more than a decade of experience delivering design, review, and construction‑phase services across New Zealand, the Pacific, and the UK. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from The University of Auckland I’m authorized to issue PS1, PS2, and PS4 for low‑ to high‑risk structures and have been recognized by Auckland Council as a High‑Risk Producer Statement Author.My work spans structural design, seismic assessment and strengthening, peer review, and construction monitoring, supported by practical experience leading teams and working directly with contractors on site. While I’m proficient in steel, concrete, and masonry design, my primary focus is mass timber engineering. I’ve contributed to landmark timber projects such as the Auckland City Mission redevelopment and Kāinga Ora’s Highbury Building B, and I’m passionate about helping drive the shift toward sustainable, large‑scale timber construction.Experienced with the latest analysis and finite element modelling software including Microstran, SPACE GASS, ETABS, ROBOT and Experience in BIM modelling with Revit.
