Experienced Former Leading Medical Assistant (Submarines)- 12 years of service As a Former LMA(SM) I have a strong background in Radiation Protection and Providing high quality medical care. I am currently in the early stages of my resettlement and am actively seeking job opportunities. As an individual who is neurodivergent, I believe I offer a wealth of traits that are beneficial to an employer; • Creative thinking • Resilient • Performing under pressure • Multi tasking • Risk taking • Curiosity • Hyperfocus In addition, my twelve years of service in the Royal Navy has imparted a plethora of skills such as being able to effectively lead and manage people whilst also being able to assimilate into a team or work as a lone entity in a variety of environments. I have a proven track record in multiple roles and skills including remote medical care, radiation protection, policy compliance, continuous professional training and communication etc. I am committed to striving for improvement, ensuring colleagues are supported and encouraged to reach their potential, that all tasks are completed to the highest possible standard and meet the compliance and legislative requirements. As a challenge orientated individual I utilise logical and creative thinking to overcome obstacles that are encountered. I am an effective communicator able to operate through various mediums at the appropriate level to meet the needs of the recipient.
