About Matt Ferguson

Born in Calgary Alberta, raised on the west coast of British Columbia-Never give up, always keep your word, and do what you say you are going to do. Work hard for what you want and need, nothing is free and nothing comes to you unless you work for it. To this day, I follow these few, but very important pieces of advice-Without drive and passion for what you do, you are lost. No company or person is perfect. Nothing will change unless you have it in you to make a difference, regardless of the road blocks in front of you-I started my career over 20 years ago at a small independent performance shop. With a lack of business, and no open position available for an apprentice technician I was offered a shop hand position at one of the largest GM dealers in Canada. I started sweeping floors and taking out garbage. I completed the GM ASEP program at the top of my class, I was then promoted and responsible for 40+ employees, following this I took on a service management role at an FCA/Stellantis dealer. After 20 years in the dealership world I had the opportunity to follow my passion and be part of the team at one of the most prestigious performance shops in Canada. Through ownership changes, management changes, policies, procedures, and an overall change in how business in conducted, changing markets and a pandemic, I have seen it all, and believe with this experience I can handle anything that is thrown at me. The sky is the limit, I will continue to follow these guidelines every day of my life regardless of the organization or company of employment."Discipline is based on pride, on meticulous attention to details, and on mutual respect and confidence.
