Multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary consultant currently working with FutureSense's Human Capital Consulting practice. Over my 10 years with the firm, I've specialized in business development, sales, product development, marketing, operations, and client relations. I've been engaged across all three practices (Compensation, Organization Development, and HR), contributing significantly to our clients and to the firm's own development. I'm continuously developing my expertise with a deep curiosity and care for the human experience and our impact on the world. I'm a skilled communicator and relationship-builder, adept at uncovering solutions, resources, and making connections that drive development. I'm a strategic and forward-thinking generator who enjoys making positive impacts while supporting those around me to engage their own best talents. My expertise also comes from a non-linear career path, having also spent 10 years in sustainable/regenerative agriculture, food justice advocacy, and education. I've led the boards of non-profits, built educational programming for the public and within school systems, produced and organized events, and developed a program that provided homeless/un-housed youth with job skills, training, and support to achieve housing and additional work opportunities. I've built a distinct skillset in regenerative agriculture, ecological horticulture, and am knowledgeable about food distribution, the natural products/CPG industry, supply chain operations, and the holistic framework of social, climate, and environmental impacts.
