At Datactics, my primary focus has been on elevating our brand. I've led strategic marketing initiatives and managed key analyst relations throughout my time here, seeing us secure recognition in industry-leading research and awards from across the data management community for technology, culture and values.I've built a strong, young team and supported their growth and development, relying on their input to help shape our day-to-day work. I'm so proud of each of them over the time they've been with me, and I can't wait to see what they go on to do in their careers. Together, we've fostered robust client partnerships and are committed to the benefits of better data for societal good. In leadership, I have facilitated the creation and communication of product and technical roadmaps, connecting them in one direction to market need and in the other to granluar, practical actions and activities. Equally, as a key member of the strategic leadership team at Datactics, I have facilitated numerous strategic company engagement days to draw out that connection across our company and beyond technical / non-technical silos that can so often occur.In my time here, we've cultivated a far stronger brand presence, mirroring the passion for superior data that Datactics embodies. We've driven millions of pounds of qualified lead value into the pipeline and, as a team, have had a brilliant time getting there.
