I'll always be a Tradie at heart but my diet has definitely improved these days. My goal is to partner with successful businesses to help them recruit skilled tradespeople and labourers, and to help as many people as possible to change and improve their lives along the way. My experience and knowledge of the industry helps me to identify talented and genuine people, and introduce them to my clients as solutions to problems - and vice versa. I'm a straight shooter, and I sometimes wear my heart on my sleeve, but I believe that if you are honest and treat people right, then everything will work out in the end.
