Corporate executive, business coach, motivational speaker and world champion surfer and cyclist. With a broad range of professional and life experience, I offer strategic leadership to achieve objectives. As Head of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Optus Enterprise, I devise strategies to positively impact our community and environment whilst maintaining a competitive edge within the telecommunications and ICT industry. I have established strong community partnerships through effective stakeholder engagement. I manage cross-functional teams to deliver organisational objectives in an innovative manner. As Chair of Macquarie Business Park Partnership I have led corporate executives to deliver a modern approach to overcoming community disadvantage. I am a motivational speaker and executive coach, having worked with executive leaders and diverse teams across various organisations and industries. I am instrumental in helping others to increase self-awareness, clarify goals, unlock potential and achieve development objectives. Despite being diagnosed with Macular Dystrophy at age 5, I have continued to remain focused and dedicated to breaking boundaries and achieving my goals. I coach others using the skills and strategies I have developed to turn my disability into a strength.
