Key duties included: analysing the breadth of business data to support the identification of risks and opportunities; developing strategies to reduce the bandwidth of performance; initiating and developing projects to improve Business-wide KPI performance; initialising and developing business cases and board papers. Previous role was a senior Regional Commercial Operations Manager working within a small, senior regional leadership team accountable for 26 stores with a combined annual turnover of over £350m. Principal responsibility was to develop and implement a regional strategy to achieve our business objectives. This was delivered through galvanising a leadership team of 50 store managers around a common goal - coaching, reviewing and supporting them to deliver the strategy, with the support of over a hundred section managers and more than 2500 store colleagues. Whilst career is incredibly important, family is everything. Being blessed with two wonderful young daughters, family time is treasured most of all.
