About Matt Graham

A proven executive with 29 years of experience working with the Boards and Executives of some of Australia's largest ASX companies. A proven leader driving business success and I have performed executive roles at two of Australia’s largest professional services and legal firms. I have built a reputation as a values-driven and supportive leader with a strong track record of delivering above system growth, culture transformation, equality and profitability. In my executive roles I have had regular interactions with ASX100 Boards and Executives, as well as Government and regulators. This experience provides a broad foundation of learning and experience across a range of industries from which I can share insights from across the market. In my client roles as a Partner I have helped large listed companies in Australia resolve complex matters involving governance, culture, transactions, continuous disclosure issues, risk management and internal and external audit. I have a personal purpose and passion for both mental wellbeing and helping young Australians realise a new potential for themselves. I have been a Member of the Foundation Council for the Western Sydney University since 2013, and of WSU’s Audit and Risk Committee, with the primary aim of helping more young Australians in Western Sydney have the opportunity of a tertiary education, helping them set a platform for a career they may never have imagined for themselves.
