About Matt Greminger

I’ve built my career at the intersection of strategy, media, and human behavior. Today, I serve as President of Cleveland 13 News, Principal Strategist & Consultant for The Greminger Group, host of Cleve-It To Us, and owner of several small businesses spanning legal support, media production, and brand consulting. I also serve on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including the 125-year-old Workmen’s Circle, a group deeply rooted in social action and justice. At the core of everything I do is one mission. snf that is to see things clearly, say them honestly, and build strategies that work. My approach isn’t sugarcoated; it’s direct, unapologetic, and focused on real results, whether it’s guiding a company through a crisis, designing a brand strategy, or reframing the way people think about their business. Beyond titles and work, I’m a father of four daughters, a guy who loves to cook (and eat), create music, capture photography, and find joy in the overlooked details of daily life. I believe life isn’t meant to just be lived, it’s meant to be experienced. Every conversation, every failure, every small moment can be a source of growth, if you choose to actually see it. That’s what I bring into my work. Strategy rooted in truth, powered by curiosity, and always aligned with making a meaningful impact.
