An experienced lecturer with strengths in communicating through verbal and written discourse, as well as other instructional means (real-time conferencing or via electronic media). Teaching subjects include, but not limited to, emphases in English as a Second Language, Business (for-profit and non-profit environments), Law, and Leadership. Experienced as a leadership development and assessment specialist competent in analyzing, evaluating, and implementing performance improvement objectives to help maximize stakeholders’ contributions to the success of an organization. Attributes necessary to fulfill this role include strong public speaking skills, instructional aid preparation, and training seminar implementation. Each skill compliments advanced background instruction in the fields of education, law, and business. Competencies include: “Classroom” (traditional and online formats) instruction and improving student performance; leadership development and analysis of organizations (encompassing individual stakeholder, teams, management, and board level executives); personnel management and human resource development; organizational operational efficiency and project coordination.
