Since stepping into my role, I’ve managed services spanning from traditional fixed video and radio broadcasts over fibre and satellite to modern OTT media streams and data transmission for utility providers. My day to day responsibilities centre around ensuring maximum service availability. I’m hands on with everything from fault detection and real-time diagnostics through telemetry and alarm log analysis, to rapid on the spot resolutions and escalations to specialist support teams. With a high volume of services and clients, I maintain a strong grasp of varying SLAs and escalation paths, always striving to deliver beyond expectation with professionalism and precision. Whether supporting mission critical maintenance activities or continuously improving the monitoring environment, I’m passionate about operational excellence, team collaboration, and delivering seamless broadcast experiences.
