Real Estate: Launched my real estate career in 2017 and have sold over 100 homes. I am very active within the industry and community. I was humbled to be voted the Keller Williams Cultural Icon in 2021 (as voted by my peers). I think it is important to raise the standards & professionalism within our industry and to make a positive impact within the community. I have also served on an Associate Leadership Council for 3 years and enjoy being a real estate coach to new and emerging agents. As you work with me, you will find I am extremely low-pressure. I am all about educating my clients so they are in the best position to make an informed decision. No pushy sales tactics. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked as a home inspector for 5 years. This experience and knowledge has been instrumental as I work to educate my clients both from a listing and buying perspective. Helping sellers understand what to expect from a future buyer and pointing out potential issues in a home for my buyers. Personal Side: Avon resident, husband, and father of two young Eagles (daughter and son). I grew up in Hinckley (30 min south of Cleveland), graduated from Highland High School and then attained a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!).
