My dynamic career, spanning energy, e-commerce, and consulting, has been defined by turning complex challenges into growth opportunities, often in ambiguous circumstances, requiring creativity and tenacity. Early on I honed my technical expertise and leadership skills, rapidly advancing in responsibly to manage large capital projects with international teams and clients. This foundation in project management and strategic thinking led me to Amazon, where I honed my ability to operate in complex organizations, while remaining adaptable to deliver results. Embracing my entrepreneurial drive, I joined the founders at Trailhead shortly after conception to fulfill my goal of growing an engineering operation from the ground up, bringing together what I had learned in my career to date. Scaling that organization over the next four years led me to Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, to which I brought my team and embarked on a new challenging of integrating a market and execution approach into an established business. Today, as a Managing Partner at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, I leverage this diverse background to lead a regional operation while spearheading a national market vertical. My approach combines data-driven insights with intuitive leadership, I thrive with challenges that require creativity to achieve results.
