My journey began by leading a 24/7 International Network Operations Centre (INOC) for over a decade, where I sharpened my leadership skills and built a strong foundation in operational excellence. Today, I head up the Automation & Insights team at Vonage, where innovation and data-driven intelligence are at the heart of everything we do. I’m fortunate to lead a talented group of Data Analysts and Full Stack Engineers who develop automation, integrate APIs, and build user-friendly interfaces that empower teams across the business. From monitoring carrier quality in SMS and Voice to creating proactive alert infrastructures, we focus on identifying potential issues early—whether related to quality, stability, or fraud—and solving them before they reach our customers.
