About Matt Hanscom

From my first job in high school, I was introduced to the leadership career path. I showed presence of leadership and growth immediately, and was moved to a trainer position within the first 90 days. From there I began working with management on training programs and best practices to get the most out of our new hires. After that I took a different direction and decided to try out commissioned sales. Within a year of starting that I was promoted to Assistant Manager, Store Manager, and then Market Manager. As a Market Manager my responsibilities included running and growing my own location as well as mentoring and auditing other locations. I am a life long learner and coach. Even after decades of proven leadership experience I still continue to study the nuances of leadership, reading the works of Adam Grant, Larry Dennis and of course Dale Carnegie to name a few. I have received many awards over the course of my leadership career to include many sales and results driven accolades. These include but aren't limited to: Presidents club, Store Manager of the Year and Highest Growth %Vs LY.
