If your opportunity is in this space, I will require compensation commensurate with the professional and financial risk of being associated with such a project. Currently, this means a yearly compensation with two commas in it, and a rolling window of two years' salary placed in escrow to be paid out immediately in the event of company insolvency, dissolution, or SEC investigation.
