About Matt Healey

I am a management professional with over 30 years experience in the advertising industry, currently employed as General-Sales Manager at Cameron Media Sales (an independent media representation company). I have had relationships with many media companies involved in radio, print, magazine, TV and out-of-home. I have a proven track record in sales and building partnerships with clients. I love working as part of a dynamic team working towards a common goal. I am strongly focused on developing long term business relationships that lead to mutually rewarding outcomes. I have a strong ability to lead and train less experienced staff - three ex-Cameron Media employees have gone on to prominent roles at larger media companies, something I am very proud of. I have an intimate knowledge of the sales marketing process, and look to pursue new opportunities wherever possible. Developing an idea, presenting and persuading a client to participate and then following through with post analysis - the whole process excites and interests me. Outside of work, I am a proud family man, married with three children and two dogs. I am an avid follower of sport - AFL (Go Cats!) and Cricket in particular.
