Matt joined the Metric Group in September 2006 after five years employment with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea parking team. Prior to this Matt was employed as a System’s Analyst at Minit U.K.Matt’s day to day responsibilities include data collection from over 120 stores country wide, assisting a busy help desk and incorporating the mobilisation of Engineers. Matt is responsible for maintaining and servicing the full range of pay and display machines.More recently Matt has been involved with training new Engineers, providing both telephone and onsite support and training to Engineers and customers.Matt is fully trained in Glory cash counting equipment. This expertise has been evidenced during numerous trips to Germany. His knowledge was integral in providing training and an exceptional level of service to many high profile customers (Virgin Trains and The Bank of Ireland).Matt is an experienced and focused Engineer who relishes in resolving both Hardware and Software issues. He has an excellent rapport with his Colleagues and Customers and regularly assists both fellow Engineers and Customers with training and support needs.
