There is not one Benefits Advisor who does not desire to provide quality results for their clients - the difference is in the details: The ability to provide creative, unique, and sustainable solutions and the resources to properly arm a business and/or a Human Resources department with the tools they need to succeed and flourish in one of the areas of their business with the highest cost, highest volatility, and in a lot of companies the highest importance, because it directly impacts employee recruiting and retention. Whether it be in the partnerships I have with my clients or the countless initiatives I am involved with to create better experiences for clients and my various teams - I work every day with the following in mind: I do everything with integrity, and there is no integrity without honesty and trust. I find value in the quality of personal connections, not the quantity. Lots of people have big ideas, execution is what matters and I execute. I believe there’s no expertise without effort, there’s no growth without failure, and there’s no learning without criticism.
