About Matt Hosking

With a solid foundation in Agile and Lean practices dating back to the late 90s, I have dedicated over two decades to truly understanding and implementing the essence of agility. Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of delivering largescale programmes, and working as an Agile consultant in a wide variety of firms across the UK and Europe including working with household names such as Adidas, Vodafone and the BBC My current emphasis lies in coaching and training businesses in Agile principles and methodologies at an Enterprise level, and facilitating Agile transformations in diverse environments. I also collaborate with well known Agile consultancies on their client engagements, bringing my expertise to their work. Additionally, I enjoy providing occasional pro-bono consulting and advice to micro start-ups and SMEs, helping them leverage the benefits of Agility, even in non-tech situations. This multifaceted approach allows me to engage in meaningful discussions and make a positive impact at either end of the scale debate. If you'd like to have a chat about how I could support some of your plans and aspirations, then please do drop me a note.
