I am an accomplished Customer Relations Specialists seeking a health care administrative or insurance management position where my decision making and management skills can be utilized to improve organizational productivity. I am currently working as a Customer Relations Specialists where I serve as the team lead in my department. I act as the liaison between the patients and the doctors/specialists who treat them. On a daily basis I visit patients who have been admitted into the hospital to ensure they are up to date on their manage care selection and assist them with scheduling follow up appointments. I also assists physicians with navigating through various health portals to maintain accurate patient scheduling and billing. I am proficient in several Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I am also skilled in various medical software’s including Epic, Meditech, and Loxogon. I have credentialing to access various insurance portals such as Illinois.gov, countycare.com, ambetterhealth.com, and aetnabetter.com. Throughout my career I have handled many responsibilities. I am eager to grow in my profession as I continue to serve in the health care industry.
