Extensive experience within the banking industry in broad ranging roles including Head of Projects and Business Systems where I oversaw several large scale projects including a $6m CRM implementation to users, and the New Zealand side of a $40m credit risk system run out of Australia; Chief Operating Officer American Territories where I lead 75 staff across two diverse and wide spread geographic locations; Head of Operating Risk & Compliance C&A where I had the responsibility to manage the risk framework for ANZ New Zealand’s largest ever project circa $250m; and Manager MIS Institutional & Commercial. After 22 years with ANZ I have taken voluntary redundancy to seek out new opportunities in a senior leadership role such as Head of Operations, COO, Programme Director, or the like. These roles would focus on operations or other enablement functions where I can lead and develop a collaborative team and contribute to strategy and the drive for delivering results and tangible outcomes which make a difference to the team and to the organisation. My specialties include: • Programme Leadership • Risk Management • Operational Leadership • Financial Management • Performance and Management reporting Key Achievements: • Programme Leadership – oversight of an implementation of $6m CRM system to users across 26 locations within New Zealand. Running of a NZ end of a $40m system implementation run out of Australia • Leadership – leading diverse cultural and geographically located teams within the Pacific. Lifted staff engagement levels to mid 90’s for a projects and initiatives team. • Regulatory Systems/Change – ownership for implementation of a regulatory change programme across a diverse business within ANZ that effected business customers. • Risk Governance – ownership of the risk framework for ANZ largest ever project which had a budget of circa $250m.
