I’m an applied physicist with nearly 20 years of experience developing advanced radiation detection technologies and leading multidisciplinary research. My career has been defined by a balance of hands-on experimentation, cross-team leadership, and a drive to turn complex science into practical solutions. At Eljen Technology, I’ve led R&D on neutron/gamma discrimination materials, co-authored multiple peer-reviewed studies, and contributed to an R&D 100 Award-winning plastic scintillator. I thrive at the intersection of design, testing, and implementation, and equally comfortable refining signal processing in the lab, writing SOPs for production teams, or presenting results to scientific collaborators.
