Here are some of my key accomplishments: Managed a departmental budget of nearly $4M Collaborated with Purchasing organizations to significantly reduce the time needed to create a Purchase Order from scratch (from nearly two months to two weeks) Negotiated annual contracts with companies such as Gartner, LinkedIn, Pluralsight and Skillsoft. Migrated a corporate call center previously located in Dearborn, Michigan to Chennai, India. Utilized Sig Sigma methodologies to create and implement an internal PC hardware repair process saving nearly $2M annual savings.
