I've been coaching professionally for over 16 years and I hold the rank of 2nd Dan in Minna Jiu-Jitsu and purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I am a certified self-defense instructor and a certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu instructor (Pedro Sauer). Paragon Martial Arts & Fitness is a member school of Cinematic Martial Arts. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management. I'm is a certified Personal Trainer through ACSM.
