Matthew Kistner is an innovative aerospace executive with a proven track-record of delivering exceptional value for manufacturing operations. He has demonstrated the ability to create advanced manufacturing technology, develop new business, direct lean production operations, lead complex projects and manage a P&L. He has been a successful entrepreneur that has introduced new product lines within large companies and has founded an aerospace manufacturing startup. Mr. Kistner has the unique insight that is derived from contributing to all levels of the aerospace supply chain. This includes experience as:(1) an Engineering leader at Boeing,(2) a Director of Manufacturing at GKN,(3) a Director of Operations at Triumph,(4) a Director of Business Operations at Alcoa and (5) as the founder, President & CEO of a successful aerospace manufacturing jobshop. Mr. Kistner is an exceptional communicator with excellent presentation skills and extensive proposal writing expertise. He is a collaborative leader and an advocate of the team approach. He possesses both gifted intelligence (Mensa) and the natural ability to connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Mr. Kistner has seven patents, an undergraduate degree in Materials Science Engineering from Wright State University (1987) and an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC), Marshall School of Business (2005).
