With a proven background in technology roles at major international companies, Matthew is equally proficient in both technical and corporate environments. Through the application of rigorous scientific method attuned during his degree in Theoretical Physics, he is able to break down and solve complex problems with detailed analysis, hypothesising, testing and evaluation, before overseeing the delivery of the appropriate solution. Extremely entrepreneurial, Matthew always seeks to innovate, inspiring an infectious sense of trust and creativity in those he works with. Matthew has worked in the SME sector, telecommunications, betting and gaming, and most recently online travel, over which time he has worked in both B2B and B2C environments. With experience working across the breadth of these companies on various projects, he has an awareness of project impacts across an organisation - from Customer Operations to Sales. Always keen to test ideas as early as possible and prepared to fail fast, Matthew favours the agile approach. He has not only worked in, with and led Scrum and Kanban teams, but has also been intimately involved in defining delivery strategy and the organizational structure to support it.
