About Matt Koch

As an experienced Project Manager, I bring a wealth of experience and exceptional organisation and analysis skills to my work as a buyer’s agent. Known for my effective communication and responsiveness, I ensure every detail is managed with precision and clients are never left in the dark. My personal background in buying, selling, developing, and renovating properties on the Gold Coast, together with my wife Kath, has equipped me with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the real estate market to benefit my clients. I have detailed knowledge of the City of Gold Coast City Plan and end-to-end experience with the local building and development process. In total, we have more than 20 years experience buying and selling our own properties across South East QLD. I'm passionate about representing buyers in the property purchase process. I excel in finding and securing the best properties, including off-market opportunities, by leveraging my strong relationships with local agents and my keen market insights. With nearly 20 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager primarily in the construction sector, I now focus entirely on helping clients achieve their Gold Coast property purchasing goals. When I'm not attending open homes and auctions for fun, I'm a former (and somewhat rusty) tennis pro who still swings a racquet several times a week at Pizzey Park in Miami, a keen golfer, aspiring surfer, and a long-suffering Newcastle Knights fan.
