Directly contributed to driving over $300M in net new AUM flows within 12 months for a financial firm by delivering keynotes, advisor coaching, and tools; showcasing my significant impact on their growth.My goals are to grow companies, build great relationships, and have fun while doing it. I am fortunate to have worked across many industries, been mentored by some incredible leaders, and helped others along the way. I love building products and service offerings focused on driving growth and improving the client experience. My primary focus is combining accurate data, strategy, processes, and people to drive growth for businesses.I've been honored to facilitate sales training methodologies with global sales leaders, be a keynote speaker, and work with business owners internationally. To me, the best part of what I do is working with smart people doing incredible work while knowing I made a positive impact in their success.Outside of the office, I enjoy visiting new parks and spending time outside as much as possible with my wife, son, daughter, and dog. I'm focused on staying in shape and becoming a "rockstar" grandpa one day living to 150 years old. I've competed around the World in sports that a lot of people ask,"Does that really exist?" such as playing professional paintball, ultimate frisbee, and obstacle course racing.
