About Matt Ledom

In a constantly shifting market, I pride myself on being a true Advisor for my clients and I work tirelessly on their behalf. Early in my career, I was named “Young Gun of Commercial Real Estate” by The Business Journal. Ingram’s Magazine listed me in the top “20 in their Twenties,” and Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® named me “Rookie of the Year.” I have been involved in the disposition, acquisition, and development of deals with a combined value of more than $1.5 billion, and have been named one of The Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters of Commercial Real Estate” multiple times. I’m a proud member of the MMG Founder’s Club, and a recipient of the 2023 MMG Leadership Award. What drives my career? Similar to a game of golf, patience, integrity, and determination are necessary to achieve success for my clients. I’m thrilled to be part of the MMG team, and honored that my clients trust me as an Advisor for their multifamily investments. Prior to my professional career, I accepted a golf scholarship to the University of Cincinnati. At UC, I double-majored in Real Estate and Operations Management while being named to the Big East Conference All-Academic Team.
