My style is to create an impact in your life with my coaching. To give you time to think. Before becoming a coach (I'm an ICF-accredited executive coach by the way. I know qualifications and credibility are important when choosing who you'll open up to about your life), I spent 16 years working as a classroom teacher and senior leader in schools (and so you'll find it difficult to shock me!) My experience in education has given me a solid foundation in leadership and prioritising people. People matter, and knowing what their needs are and how to meet those needs, are vital for any leader today. I didn't always get it right by the way, and often we learn the most about our leadership from the mistakes we've made. I know what it feels like to have let people down and wish you'd made a different decision. I also know how great it feels on the rare occasion you get it just right. Now I want to help you.
