Background
About Matt Loncki
As an EV strategic innovation leader with more than 10 years experience delivering results in backgrounds of engineering, business development and clean energy operations, I specialize in creatively solving complex problems quickly and efficiently at scale. From launching new EV infrastructure or optimizing customer experience, to aligning teams around qualitative growth strategies, I believe in an inception to execution approach. At Hertz, I’ve helped support and scale the world’s largest light-duty electric fleet by leading end-to-end EV adoption strategies. Support includes developing infrastructure, educating drivers internal and external, and building partnerships with OEMs and charging providers. From custom EV builds to global rollouts, I’ve led full-lifecycle programs that prioritize user experience and on-going value. I thrive in logical, fast paced environments where customer experience, product innovation and strategic growth intersect. My approach combines critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and an action-focused mindset to establish data-driven results across startups and larger companies.
