In my current role as Director, College Services at Fleming College, I oversee a diverse portfolio, including conference and event management, facility & housing operations, food services, campus ID, parking services and campus safety. Leading a high-functioning team and managing multi-million-dollar budgets, I am responsible for developing and implementing multi-year capital plans and ensuring operational excellence. My work involves guiding strategic initiatives, improving service delivery, and fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders. With a background in Business Administration and additional certifications in education facility management and leadership, I am dedicated to contributing my expertise to drive impactful community services and achieve organizational goals.
