He has significant experience in the healthcare industry holding program and project leadership positions for consulting organizations, large healthcare systems and a major software vendor. His experience includes revenue cycle and information technology as well as clinical and strategic development initiatives. He leads projects in the areas of vendor evaluations, contract development, project planning, system implementation and both process redesign and implementation to support business transformation.
