About Matt Matysiak

Currently, I am the Operations and Programming Manager for Cineflix. In this role I am resposible for the digital broadcasting of Cineflix and Cineflix Rights content, which includes Mayday: Air Disaster, American Pickers & Property Brothers across FAST and YouTube. With 26+ unique YouTube Channels, across multiple brands and languages, my team and I are responsible for ingesting, creating programming schedules and repurposing content on a daily basis. We also do extensive analysis of data, which gives us insights into the creation on new channels and revenue streams. With FAST, we manage 10 channels, across all major markets and platforms (LG, Samsung, Roku, Amazon, PlutoTV etc.) as well as servicing both English and Spanish audiences. We create engaging programming blocks as well as unique stunts, currated around the major themes of the channels and shows we have. Helping Cineflix launch the Digital Broadcast operation has allowed me to build a operational foundation. Expanding the companies database of knowledge surrounding all the IP we represent. I've built tools that help manage the assets we program across Digital, creating effecient touch points for sales, finance, social media and media services, as well as maximizing my teams output as we grow the department every day.
