A life-long student of sales, sales process, and sales operations, I continually strive to master my craft. My curiosity, adaptability, work ethic, and empathy have led to a successful career in sales and sales management. I have knowledge and experience across different industries (Construction, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Medical Software, Industrial Chemicals, SaaS applications, Green Technologies) in different countries (USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom). I managed local sales teams as well as teams spread across 12 time zones. I have a deep understanding of both the private and public sectors. My teams have consistently exceeded revenue and margin targets, achieved high levels of customer retention, held near-zero team turnover, and most importantly, produced multiple sales leaders. I use an Evidence-Based approach to Sales Process, Selling, and Leadership by implementing models developed by Dale Carnegie, Thomas Gordon, Miller Heiman, Myers & Briggs, Chris Voss, and Mike Weinberg.
