Proud to call the Automotive Industry home. After a recent acquisition by the McLarty Auto Group as it expands its foot print in Columbia, MO we are proud to have the opportunity to grow the Kia Brand in our market. I was privileged enough to be asked to run the new point by our ownership group after ten years of service for the organization in a number of roles across several of our franchises in this market. As General Manager at Kia of Columbia I have made it my mission to be a best in class facility. We strive to follow servant leadership as a team and build a culture that is customer focused with an emphasis on service. We believe that if we focus on the experience our customers receive that volume and sales will come with time. We plan to try and continue to innovate the automotive buying experience. Our key focus points are around the principles of time it takes to purchase, transparency in pricing, and a customized car buying experience for a customers personalized needs.
