Director and expert witness in BRG's Economics and Damages practice with testifying experience. I am a Chartered Accountant and expert witness with over 13 years of experience of financial analysis and valuations consulting. I qualified with KPMG and subsequently worked at Citigroup prior to joining BRG in 2016. I am experienced with various valuation techniques, financial modelling, forensic accounting, the quantification of damages, due diligence and the drafting of expert witness reports. I was appointed as expert in my own right for the first time in 2022 and was cross-examined in 2023. Recent experience includes- Testifying expert in a shareholder dispute matter involving the disputed valuation of a minority shareholding in a medical diagnostics company (SCC)- Led the financial analysis and drafted reports for the valuation of a multi‑billion dollar Korean life insurance company after the disputed exercise of a put option by private equity investors (ICC)- Led the valuation modelling team that assisted Counsel in a consulting capacity to support the offer valuation in a multi‑billion dollar minority shareholder dispute (Grand Court of the Cayman Islands)- Led the valuation and insolvency analyses of a Russian oil refinery as part of a disputed bankruptcy enforcement (LCIA)- Led the financial analysis, drafted reports and supported Counsel at trial in relation to a claim for lost profits arising from the defection of part of the sales force of a Singaporean life insurance company (High Court of Singapore)- Drafted reports and assisted in estimating lost profits on a disputed railway/infrastructure project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Singapore International Arbitration Centre)- Drafted reports and assisted in the analysis of lost profits as a result of the delayed development of oil fields in Kurdistan (LCIA)
