Received doctorate in clinical psychology in '93. Joined Personnel Decisions International in '94, a global consulting firm of organizational and clinical psychologists who supported large organizations in their efforts to identify and develop leadership skills in their organizations. Left PDI in '03 to run executive development at Genentech. Tired of the corporate world, left Genentech in '06 and enjoyed a two year sabbatical during which I coached a high school lacrosse team. Was encouraged to apply for the school counselor role at that school, Woodside Priory (independent Catholic middle and high school), which I did and received. Worked at Woodside Priory from '08 to '19, at which point my daughter graduated and I "graduated" right along with her. Now I travel with my wife Ann, enjoy photography, the outdoors and cycling, and donate my time to a number of great nonprofits.
