About Matt Meyer

Matt is Managing Partner elect at leading London law firm, Kingsley Napley. With over twenty five years of experience in the legal industry and law firm leadership, Matt is a recognised innovator and thought leader in the legal and professional services sectors. He was cited by the Financial Times as one of Europe's most innovative lawyers in 2019. Matt has a keen interest in organisational strategy and design, the innovation economy and responsible business. As well as a being a practising lawyer, executive coach and law firm leader, he is the Founder of The Zebra Project, a think tank reimagining the role of business in society. Matt is also a committed educator holding the position of Affiliated Lecturer at the University of Cambridge where he lectures to postgraduates about the law firm as a business and being an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review. Drawing upon his experience leading professional services firms and partnerships, Matt has a mediation practice focused on partnership and shareholder disputes. He is an accredited mediator and Associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London.
