I'm a serial entrepreneur and passionate investor. I'm an advisor or investor in dozens of startups including Alto Pharmacy, Incredible Health, Optimizely, Gusto, PhenomPeople, Clora, GrabCAD, Lyte, Addressable, Appcues, Lift Aircraft, Bank Novo, Tenderd, DataPeople, True & Co, CREXi, and more. I love b2b SaaS, Marketplaces and HR Tech companies in particular, and have been investing in tech since 2011. Most recently I was the Chief Revenue Officer at Unstoppable Domains, where I responsible for marketing, business development, premium domain sales, customer support, analytics and corporate communications and ramped up revenue 400% in 18 months while helping grow the company from 25 to 170 people and unicorn status. Previously co-founded Hired, a San Francisco-based startup in 2012 (then-named DeveloperAuction) to disrupt the recruiting industry after being frustrated with the status quo and the existing solutions on the market. Hired began as an innovative transparent marketplace for matching top Bay Area software engineer with companies actively seeking to hire them, and has since expanded to encompass other tech workers and more than employers across 4 countries. Other companies I've co-founded include: 99designs (http://99designs.com/), 2008: the world's largest online marketplace for graphic design with offices on 4 continents; raised a $35 million Series A from Accel Partners in 2011 and $10m Series B in 2015, and works with 1 million designers. Flippa (https://flippa.com), 2009: the leading marketplace for buying and selling websites, domains and apps via an auction format; has facilitated the sale of more than $200 million in assets. SitePoint 1998: one of the Internet's largest informational websites and communities dedicated to Web Developers; serves millions of users monthly. I speak at conferences and events throughout North America and Europe, and have written columns for WSJ, Fortune, Forbes & Fast Company. I've been included in Inc.'s "30 under 30"​, Business Insiders's "30 Founders to Watch,"​ and Forbes "30 under 30" lists (back when it was only 30 people, not 300).
