About Matt Moore

As a Sales Performance Manager at TELUS, I drive technician-led sales performance by designing and scaling coaching strategies across national field teams. With over a decade in the telecom space and a background in logistics and project management, I bring both structure and adaptability to every initiative I lead. My approach is rooted in transparency, data-informed decision making, and field-first thinking. I work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product teams to turn insights into action, enabling our field managers and technicians to succeed in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Previously, I managed the TELUS Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) Dealer Channel, helping to grow revenue, optimize partner performance, and build repeatable sales systems across dozens of dealer locations nationwide. Outside of work, I explore storytelling through photography and film production.
