I’ve cultivated internal and external relationships to manage outsourcing, negotiated leases, and drafted templates to handle contract throughputs that control cost and increase efficiency. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE - Having represented both vendors and purchasers of software for many years, I have extensive experience supporting Information Technology initiatives. Recent projects include negotiating a major outsourcing effort, supporting a comprehensive cloud migration, and collaborating on data center colocation initiatives.
