I am always hiring A Players! I kickstarted my career 8 years ago within the Wireless Retail space. It was extremely exciting to utilize the Sales Management and Territory Management Certification I completed at the College of Business at the University of West Florida. Throughout my journey and in several roles, I have been afforded amazing opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally. I have thoroughly enjoyed fostering the development of young professionals in serving our clients at MarketSource. As a Store Manager with Radioshack, I was able to manage a location with 4 team members. We were able to deliver 125%+ of plan in FY10 & FY11. Being a Senior Store Manager enabled me to directly supervise two locations with a total of 6 employees. My roles and responsibilities as a Senior Store Manager included training new Store Managers, recruiting top talent, succession planning, progressive disciplining, and increasing sales year over year in both locations. As a District Manager, I earned the Leadership Award for FY14 and have consistently been a top contributor of sales excellence. Managing 11 locations along the Gulf Coast with a team of 30 highly successful team members has been tremendously fulfilling! MarketSource afforded me the ability to partner with Apple, Samsung, Google, Beats Audio, At & t, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, and many other highly advanced technology companies. Change is inevitable. Success is measured upon how we adapt to life’s inevitable changes.
