About Matt Nolan

With over a year of direct experience in tech education, I've honed my competencies in course operations, curriculum development, and leading educational teams. At Upright Education, my mission was to ensure the delivery of high-quality tech bootcamps, aligning with the company's goal of fostering accessible tech learning. My tenure as Operations Manager was marked by efficiently managing course logistics and a dedicated team of Instructors and Teaching Assistants, ensuring that we provided top-notch lectures and support. We tracked student satisfaction and course progress with a data-driven approach, addressing concerns and mediating feedback proactively. My role also included improving internal training materials, which will continue to guide Upright Education and its mission to empower learners.
